China Britain Medical and Dental Academy also provides a full range of advanced classroom and hands-on courses in Aesthetic Dentistry, Orthodontics and Implant Dentistry. Whilst there are a number of training courses available for those topics, you can be rest assured that CBMDA is your number one choice. Firstly, CBMDA dental branch is led by industry recognised Prosthodontists, Orthodontists and Dental Implantologists. The available central London training locations for our CBMDA students include the prestigious Harley Street, The Royal Society of Medicine, University College London Eastman Dental Institute and the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Our programme advisors, clinical teachers are all experts in their field, come from a variety of backgrounds whether that mean they are a General Dentist, Prosthodontist, Orthodontist or Dental Implantologist. You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge from each of them. We like to think our training courses make it fun to learn, whilst gaining the maximum amount of practical ‘hands on’ training with live models and the theory aspect of the course is completed via our online resource prior to attendance.

Lingual Orthodontics - Advanced

Postgraduate Certificate

2 weeks full time advanced classroom and clinical training

Overview

With the introduction of completely customised lingual appliances, lingual orthodontics has changed dramatically. Many orthodontists have successfully integrated lingual orthodontics into their everyday practice thereby proposing new treatment options to their patients.

China Britain Medical and Dental Academy proud to introduce this two-week course focuses on lingual mechanics, highlighting the difference between lingual and labial treatment.

The various stages of a lingual treatment using totally individual lingual appliances are addressed in detail and supported, at appropriate progress points, by hands-on exercises with typodonts. The aim of the course is to provide optimum preparation for the successful integration of lingual orthodontics into the daily running of a practice.
