Aesthetic Dentistry

Postgraduate Certificate ( 1 year Part-time Distance Learning )

China Britain Medical and Dental Academy's Distance Learning Programme in Aesthetic Dentistry is an innovative programme that will give you the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality functional dental restorations with optimal aesthetic value. The Advanced Programme is a part-time, one-year clinical and didactic course of study offered to dentists from countries other than the United Kingdom who seek to improve their clinical skills and knowledge in the field of aesthetic dentistry. Emphasis is placed on the clinical component with a focus on a broad spectrum of modern aesthetic treatment methods.

The main aims of the course are:

  • To provide an innovative programme that enhances current knowledge and clinical skills in aesthetic restorative dentistry.

  • To present sound academic theory and high-quality practical training in aesthetic concepts by world-class mentors.

  • To provide students with the confidence and ability to enhance their current clinical practise by incorporating the latest advances in technology and research ensuring aesthetic, functional and long-lasting restorative care.

  • To deliver learning using the latest technology enabling students to access the course regardless of place or time zone whilst maintaining their dental practices.

The participant's knowledge and skills in aesthetic dentistry are developed through lectures, seminars, case presentations, research and clinical experiences. A great portion of the programme is dedicated to hands-on experiences in the clinic. Participants will address the aesthetic needs of patients in a comprehensive care environment.
